This speculative Office Building was designed on a vacant parcel in an existing P.U.D. The Client desired that the building have a large lobby that was oriented toward University Avenue. To maximize the building’s potential, parking was provided under the building to accommodate 42 vehicles and bicycle parking. This lower parking level was recessed five feet below the surrounding grade to minimize the building’s overall height and still provide natural ventilation for the garage.
