Lincoln Aquatic Complex
|
Client: Lincoln Unified School District
Project Location: Stockton, CA Square Feet: 1,500 Construction Cost: $250,000 Architects: GRA Architecture The Lincoln High School Aquatic building is a new facility at the high school’s existing pool complex. The Aquatic building is located at the high school sport facility entry on the south east side of the campus. Walkways connect students and visitors to other sport complexes and facility parking. The new building was constructed to provide locker facilities, staff office space, and covered and open pool storage areas. Building materials of concrete block walls were used for both durability and ease maintenance. Interior finishes of sealed concrete block and slip resistant concrete flooring were selected for low maintenance. New multi-tiered landscaping incorporates drop off areas and out door seating areas which, although fenced for security, allow for campus views to the pool facility. |
