LB Construction

Client: LB Construction
Project Location: Roseville, CA
Square Feet: 15,000
Construction Cost: $300,000

The remodel of LB Construction central office consisted of a combined 15,000 square feet of individual offices, conference room, central “war room”, individual restrooms, and employee lounge. The existing office building was completely gutted of all interior walls, finishes, ceilings and mechanical duct work. Portion of existing exterior storefront systems were extended out to create additional office space.

In addition, storefront heights were reduced to provide privacy from the parking, pedestrian circulation and while maximizing wall space but maintaining natural day lighting. In addition, operable windows were provided to lower energy consumption, allowing natural cross circulation of outside air. Ninety percent of the acoustical ceiling tiles were painted and reinstalled to add to a warm with accented color scheme.

The existing roof structure was limited in height and in effort to maximize ceiling heights, mechanical duct work was routed through interior soffits that combined with coved integrated indirect lighting.  Casework was integrated with curved walls and soffit features. Direct lighting accents wall art displays. Central work spaces receive natural light through dividing wall fenestration.
