The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center will provide the city of Suisun with a full service community center. The design intent of the building is to create an active, inviting and welcoming facility which promotes a sense of place by renewing a connection with the surrounding community and also providing enhanced athletic, cultural and worship opportunities for residents.

The facility program includes: Gymnasium, dance aerobics, fitness center, child watch center, spinning studio, locker facility, administration offices, Natatorium, cafe with a full kitchen, community rooms, chapel/theater and classrooms.
