Originally designed and built for TELEGIS, an internet hosting site, the facility includes a 24,000 SF raised access floor data center, UPS Battery Backup, and three emergency generators that provide N+1 power backup for the entire site. 

The security system includes a level three bullet resistant lobby, one way security trap with piggyback detection and a complete interior and exterior video camera surveillance system. 

The facility now houses the compete data system for the Sutter Health Hospital system, including their virtual ICU Department that remotely monitors intensive care units throughout the Sutter Health system.
