Hanson Pipe, a manufacturer of precast concrete pipe, required a new facility to house a new automated production line. The facility includes a 16,000 SF steam-curing chamber, a concrete batch plant, and automated pipe production machinery. Two 40-ton and one 10-ton overhead bridge cranes support the production process. The 54 acre site includes an exterior wet cast pipe production line and product storage.

 

An additional 5,000 SF freestanding office building was built to house Hanson’s on-site Administrative operations, including purchasing, order processing and shipping.
