The Client purchased this 11-acre site that is adjacent to the soon-to-be-developed Sacramento Rail Yard.  A schematic layout including housing, retail and office was prepared for presentation to the Sacramento City Council.  The design is very pedestrian friendly and adjacent to light rail, with an European Town concept.
