This three story, mixed use building was to be a part of an infill project located at the transition between West Sacramento’s growing office district along the Sacramento River and an established residential neighborhood.  The  first floor space has been designed to be leased to small retail businesses that will support the residential  neighborhood and office users.  The second and third floors have been designed to accomodate office space, with a third floor terrace.

The exterior design will replicate the residential feel of horizontal siding and fabric awnings with the commercial look of large plate glass.
