Originally designed and built for TELEGIS, an internet hosting site. The facility now houses the complete data system for the Sutter Health Hospital system, including a virtual ICU department that remotely monitors intensive care units throughout the Sutter Health system. 

The facility includes a raised access flood data center, UPS battery backup, and three emergency generators that N+1 power backup for the entire site. The security system includes a level three bullet resistant lobby, one way security trap with a piggy-back detection, and a complete interior/exterior video camera survelliance system.
