The owner purchased a building pad in an existing shopping center.  Ace Hardware is now the second anchor tenant in the center.  The design included two 1,500 SF retail spaces that the owner has leased out and will be used for expansion of their operation in the future.  An exterior 2,500 SF garden center adjoins the main retail building.
