The County of Sutter required the replacement of the existing fire Station, and needed an Emergency Operations Center. Sutter County

has been prone to flooding in the past years and no EOC existed. The solution was a new fire station separated from the EOC by a large covered breezeway, which prevents conflicts between the two operations. Other features include:

• Decontamination area
• Emergency generator
• Murphy beds for volunteer overnight stays
• Covered apparatus bays to allow cleaning of engines in inclement weather
